Your privacy is the point of this app. We built it local-first: your skincare data lives on your phone, not on our servers.
The photos you take in the app are stored privately on your device only. They are kept in the app's own private storage, which is not accessible to other apps and is not your camera roll. We do not upload them, back them up to any cloud, send them to any server, or share them with anyone. We cannot see your photos. No one can, unless you choose to share an image yourself using your phone's share sheet.
The app applies visual filters only (soft glow, blur, tone). It never reshapes your face and never uses any kind of AI or generative editing.
Your Glass Skin Score, your daily routine check-offs, your streak, your name, and your progress history are all stored locally on your device. This is the source of truth for the app and it does not leave your phone.
Anonymous usage analytics. To understand how people use the app and where the experience can improve, the app may send anonymous product-analytics events to PostHog, our analytics provider. These events describe actions in the app (for example: an onboarding step was completed, a routine item was checked, a score was set). They do not include your photos, and they are not used to identify you personally. Analytics is configured at build time and can be absent entirely, in which case the app sends nothing.
Support emails you choose to send. If you tap "Send feedback" in the You tab, your email app opens a message addressed to us. If you send it, we receive your email address and whatever you write, so we can reply and improve the app. This only happens when you choose to send it.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Because your personal skincare data lives on your device, you are in control of it. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or deleting the app, which removes the local database and your stored selfies from your device. For anything related to the limited data described above (analytics, support emails), you can contact us by email at ivaylo.zahariev.2@gmail.com, through the "Send feedback" option in the app, or via the contact details on our App Store listing to ask what we hold or to request deletion.
If we change what data the app collects (for example, if we later add optional cloud backup or accounts), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before that change ships. Optional cloud features, if added, will be off by default and clearly explained.
By downloading or using the 30-Day Glow-Up app, you agree to these terms.
30-Day Glow-Up is a self-guided skincare habit and glow-up tracker. You take a selfie, you rate your own Glass Skin Score from 0 to 100, you check off your daily routine, and you watch your progress over 30 days. The score is self-reported by you. The app does not measure, diagnose, or assess your skin.
The app, the Glow Guide, and all content in it are for general informational and motivational purposes only. They are not medical, dermatological, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare provider. Do not use the app to diagnose or treat any skin condition. If you have a skin concern, see a dermatologist or doctor. Stop using any product or routine that causes irritation or a reaction.
You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for the content you create in the app and for anything you choose to share from it. The selfies and data you create are yours.
The app, its design, its name, and its original content are owned by us. These terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app, except as allowed by law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result for your skin. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Because your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for it: deleting the app or clearing its data will permanently remove your photos, scores, and progress, and we cannot recover them for you.
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or these terms at any time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
